Order Changes

Can I make changes to my placed order?

Certainly,if the order has not been shipped out! We understand that plans may evolve. If you wish to add or remove specific parts from your existing order, we will do our best to accommodate your request.

To proceed with order modifications, kindly send us email to funssor@foxmail.com containing your Order Number along with a detailed description of the changes you would like to make. Our dedicated team will promptly attend to your request and make every effort to ensure that the necessary adjustments are applied

Customizing a Machine

Can I personalize a Machine Bundle to match my requirements?

Absolutely! We recognize that individual projects have distinct demands. To cater to this, you have the freedom to customize any Bundle as per your needs. The process is simple:

Refer to the Parts List: Within the product details of the Bundle you intend to customize, you'll find a Parts List. This list comprehensively outlines the components included.

Tailor Your Selection: Add only the parts you require from the Parts List to your shopping cart.

Complete Your Build: To round out your personalized Build, ensure you add any additional components you may need.

By following these steps, you can seamlessly create a customized Bundle that aligns perfectly with your project's specifications. Should you require any further assistance during this process, our team is here to support you.

Order Status and Account Information

  • Awaiting Fulfillment:Your order and payment have been processed, and we're currently preparing your order for shipment.
  • Awaiting Payment:An order has been initiated, and payment is required to facilitate processing and shipment.
  • Pending: Your order is received and in a pending state. Kindly review your email or OpenBuilds Part Store account for an order-related message.
  • Partially Shipped:All available in-stock items have been dispatched, and any remaining items will follow shorty. Comprehensive information is relayed through email or an order message on the OpenBuilds Part Store.
  • Canceled:Your order has been canceled as per your request, and a complete refund or credit has been processed.
  • Refunded:Refund issuance for either a portion or the entirety of your order. Details can be found via email or an order message on your account on OpenBuilds Part Store.

Returns

How can I initiate a product return?

We strive to provide a seamless return experience at the  Funssor Store. Here's an outline of our return policy and the steps to follow:

Funssor Store Return Policy:

You have the opportunity to return new and unopened items within 30 days from the date of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Refunds or exchanges are generally processed 1-2 weeks after we receive your returned package. Please keep in mind that bank processing time for refunds might take up to 15 business days, contingent upon your bank's policies.

Most often, the responsibility for return postage lies with you, and the refund will exclude the initial shipping charges you paid.

How to Make a Return:

  • Secure Packaging: Carefully package the items you're returning to ensure they arrive undamaged.

- Machine bundles, which are more comprehensive, often ship in 1-2 days but can take 3-7 days to process and ship.

- This email will also contain your tracking information, allowing you to monitor your package's journey.

- Please note that orders are packed and shipped in the sequence they are received.
